| I agree, it would have been better for them to have run the project publically from day one. Still that is besides the point. The Shreeves, and any FOSS developer, should not have to fear that their "open source" employer should sue them for releasing code open source. It should have been the Shreeves option to do multiple small and ugly releases or one large glamorus one.
