Re: OpenEMR forked?

I was very confused by the openemr.net site until I came across this post. Sadly, the links to various modules that used to be on the site are now dead. The one in particular that I am looking for is a set of ART & PMTCT Forms, as I'm considering OpenEMR as a solution for an HIV pediatrics ward at a hospital here in the Congo. It was originally posted here:

Does anyone know where I can still obtain this module? Google isn't turning it up.

I think it's a fine thing for companies to provide service on top of OSS, compliant with the terms of the relevant licenses, but such companies should be good community members, as well. For those at OpenEMR.net, you might consider re-posting the modules developed by the community over the years.
