Also installed are UPS, power conditioners, 5 switches and 20 laptops. Digg this article We formed teams - Systems administration and Application administration. We provided training videos, on-LAN documentation in the form of a user manual, maintenance checklists, accounts list and roles definitions. In addition to team formation, we provided a smattering of systems administration and applications administration training. The application was partially configured with ICD9 diagnosis codes which have been upgraded to ICD10, RxNorm medication list, and an external non-pharmaceutical inventory application. MediGrail LLC continues to support the facility daily and is working as part of the team towards the March 2012 go_live goal. We have plans to provide more formal Systems Administration training and specific application training to the staff this year. We have sent 20 more laptops and plan to send more laptops and networking equipment to make the setup more stable, useable and powerful. Our most vexing problem is with power. We are looking at ways to alleviate the harsh voltage swings which their generator never responds to but the equipment takes multiple hits on a weekly basis.
