| Saint! I have done some web searching about ScanJet 3xxxC series. I found that this type of scaner talks to USB port newest language version that older linux-scaner-software do not understand. The #cat /proc/..../usb product proper device status, that make me sure that scaner itself is well connected and is ready to receive orders. I have install the linux scaner soft xsane properlly and it tels that no devices found. I do not understand why you edit epson.conf if it is not used by xsane. aha, GIMP also refuse to scan, it uses plugin xsane. StarOffice have his owne driver which not detect anything. Any Idea to solve problem? |
