Advanced Data Concepts, a small, Oklahoma based software development and consulting firm, announced today that it is nearing the release of PhoenixEMR – an electronic medical records package aimed at solo and small medical practices. The software is scheduled to be released on January 1, 2011 according to a company spokesperson.
